INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with your main meal and accompanied by water.
- Continuous use for at least 8 months is recommended, with the option of taking 1–2 month breaks (reducing the frequency to 3 times per week) before resuming the full regimen.

- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
