INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Oral administration. Adults (18 years and older): It is recommended to take 4 capsules daily, divided into two doses: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon, preferably between meals, accompanied by a glass of water. If discomfort persists after one week, it is advisable to discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
