Deliveries are realized through the transportation service from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the service will not be available. If you wish to delivery on a no public holiday Saturday, please contact us to inform you about extra charges. Orders realized on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be taken in charge and dispatched the next available working day.
Orders realized on Suturdays, Sundays and public holidays will come into effect the next available working day, following the conditions above.
Shipping time is between 9 am and 1 pm and orders realized out of this time will be dispatched through mail service the next available working day.
You will be able to cancel, change or modify your order without extra charges, if the order is not shown as "Shipped". Parafarmacia Campoamor will not accept returns due to delays of the transportation service.

Parafarmacia Campoamor allows the user to buy products out of stock, thanks to a quick supply capacity, on average half working day. If you wish a quick shipping of your order, please be sure that all the selected products are in stock before paying the order.
If one of the items is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date or you will be able to cancel the order. It is possible to see the availability of a product in the description, right below the icon "Buy" or "Add to cart"and on the shopping cart summary, below the name of the product.
If a product is out of stock, there might be delay on shipping even if we are usually able to supply the stock within a half working day, thus it will not affect delivery.
You have to take into account that a lack of items might rarely take place due to block of the product caused by different clients requesting the same item. If that is the case, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date or you will be able to cancel the order.
Right now we only delivery around Europe and Americas. If you wish to deliver to other continents, please contact us at our CONTACT FORM in order to calculate costs.
Delivery costs depend on weight, volume and destination. Delivery costs are always visibible in the "cart" and before processing the payment, once the client is logged-in.Shipping time and prices depend on destination and transportation service, therefore costs cannot be shown before the client is logged-in, introducing shipping address and selecting the required transportation.

SHIPPING TRACKING
When your order is confirmed (availability of the product and successful payment), we will inform you about the state of your order (preparation in process and shipped). Furthermore when the order will be dispatched from our facility, we will send you the booking reference to track your package.
Parafarmacia Campoamor® reserves the right to cancel the shipping of a product when:
The destination is out of our shipping zone.
After multiple failed deliveries, it was not possible to locate the client. In this case, we will return the price of the payed products when the package will be back in our parapharmacy.
NATIONAL: The mail service will get in touch with you to deliver the package.
INTERNATIONAL: Private mail service, different from the national postal service, will deliver the package personally to your address. If the selected transportation service in Correos, once the package enters the destination country, the corresponding national transportation service takes charge of shipping and delivery.
If the order is returned to our facilities because of events that are not a direct responsability of the trasportation service or of Parafarmacia Campoamor®, such as mistaken address or unreachable client, we can send it again but in this case transportation costs will be entirely payed by the client. If the client does not accept the package or does not pick it up in the selected office, he/she will have to pay for the shipping costs, return included.

International orders out of the EU, to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibriltar are subjected to customs inspection. In case of extra customs costs or import taxes, those charges must be paid by receiver on delivery. Besides, SAD and customs duties to Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla y Gibraltar must be paid by the receiver.
There is a maximum weight per order subjected to 30 kg or maximum total volume of 25 dm3. If your order exceeds these dimensions you may contact us directly at our CONTACT FORM and we will make a budget for your particular case.
Free shipping will be carried out by the carrier selected by Farmacia Campoamor, within the possible options available and according to the active promotions at Parafarmacia Campoamor.
