GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
1. DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Deliveries are made by the transport service from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm (if the customer selects specific Saturday delivery options). No deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will begin to be processed on the next business day. Order processing hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Orders placed outside of this time frame may be processed for shipment with the courier service on the following business day.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Orders can be canceled, changed, or modified free of charge if the order has not yet been shipped with the selected carrier. Parafarmacia Campoamor will not accept returns of orders due to delivery delays attributable to transportation services.

3. PURCHASES ABOVE WAREHOUSE STOCK
Parafarmacia Campoamor allows the purchase of products that are not in stock in the warehouse, indicating the available stock and the availability time of the products at all times. After the informed purchase by the customer, Parafarmacia Campoamor places an order with the corresponding supplier and delivers the complete order within an estimated period equal to the indicated availability time. The customer's order is shipped complete in a single shipment upon receipt of the products. If there is a delay or shortage of any product requested above the available stock, Parafarmacia Campoamor will contact the customer by email and/or phone to extend the delivery time, manage the change or refund of the affected product, or at the customer's decision, the entire order. The available stock of products is visible on the product sheet and on the cart confirmation page at all times.
4. STOCK ERRORS
In orders placed by methods in which payment is pending, such as Transfer/Bank Deposit or Payment Error, orders are not processed until payment is effective, so stock errors may occur due to the discrepancy between the time of order generation and the time of payment validation. Order statuses, in which payment is pending, also fall into this category. If a stock error occurs, Parafarmacia Campoamor will contact the customer by email or phone to manage the incident in the most convenient way for the customer: either by extending the delivery time, canceling the affected product(s) or the entire order.
5. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Parafarmacia Campoamor ships to all inhabited continents, although not all countries in the world may be enabled in our system. If you wish to place an order and your country is not enabled for shipping in our system, please contact us through our CONTACT FORM so that we can add your country to our system.
The shipping cost depends on the weight, volume, amount, and destination of the shipment. At all times, the shipping cost is visible in the "cart" and before placing the order, once the customer has registered within the page. Delivery times and shipping prices vary depending on the destination, service, and carrier selected by the customer, for this reason, shipping costs cannot be displayed until the customer has entered our system, entered their shipping address, and chosen the carrier they want for their shipment.

These delivery times may be altered by extraordinary incidents. At the moment we send the tracking number, the package is handed over to the selected transport provider, so delays caused by the operation of its service are not directly the responsibility of Parafarmacia Campoamor. In all cases, we guarantee the shipment of the package.
6. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is confirmed (product availability in stock and payment made), we will inform you of the status of your order (preparation in progress and shipped). Additionally, when the order leaves our facilities, we will send you the tracking number of your package so that you can trace your shipment.
7. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY PARAFARMACIA CAMPOAMOR
Parafarmacia Campoamor® reserves the right to cancel the shipment of any order when:
- The destination of the shipment is for an area outside of our usual coverage and incurs extraordinary expenses (e.g. difficult access areas, remote areas recorded by the carrier due to difficulty of access)
- If several attempts have been made to locate the customer by the carrier and delivery has not been possible. In this case, we will refund the amount of the paid products when the package is returned to our warehouse, but the incurred shipping expense will not be refunded
- When there is an attempt of fraud or deliberately incorrect information left by the customer
- When, due to computer errors (our own or those of others), the website offers an incorrect purchase price.
8. FAILED DELIVERIES
NATIONAL
The courier companies will contact the customer to make the delivery. If the delivery attempt has been made 3 times, without the customer being present and without answering the phone or the follow-up emails of the delivery incident, the package will be returned and the products will be refunded but not the shipping costs.
For pickup options at delivery points, if the order is not received by the customer within the stipulated period and the package is returned to Parafarmacia Campoamor, a refund of the total purchased products will be made minus €6 for shipping and handling.
INTERNATIONAL
Carrier companies other than the state postal service will make a personal delivery to your home. If the chosen transport is Correos, once the package enters the destination country, the corresponding state company takes charge of its shipment. If the package is returned to our store for reasons beyond the transport company or Parafarmacia Campoamor®, such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or an unreachable customer, we can resend it, in this case, the second shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not accept the shipment or does not collect it within the deadline of the corresponding carrier office, they must bear the shipping and return transport costs.
9. MERCHANDISE RETURNS
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, or that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. In any case, no returns will be accepted for edible items, degradable items, or items that require special conservation conditions to ensure their integrity (such as food products), personal hygiene products, elastic traction products, degradable cosmetic products, and other products with similar characteristics. 10. CUSTOMS COSTS IN INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL ORDERS
International orders outside the European Union and national orders to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, are subject to customs control. In these cases, if customs costs related to import clearances and import taxes occur, these must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
11. MAXIMUM PACKAGE WEIGHT
There is a weight limit per shipment that is subject to a total weight of 30 kg (including packaging). For large orders, please contact us through our contact form to request a shipping quote.
12. FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping will be carried out with the service that Parafarmacia Campoamor chooses, within the possible options for each shipping location and in accordance with the promotions that Parafarmacia Campoamor is carrying out.
