PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Melilax Pediatric is a microenema specially formulated for the treatment of constipation in children and infants. It combines an effective evacuating action with a protective and soothing action on the rectal mucosa, thanks to its natural Promelaxin® complex. It is indicated for both occasional constipation and more persistent conditions, providing gentle and safe relief tailored to the sensitivity of children.
Its physiological mechanism of action promotes bowel movements without causing irritation and protects the mucosa during stool transit. It is especially useful in cases of hypersensitivity, anal fissures, or hemorrhoids, where delicate treatment is required.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Promelaxin® complex based on nectar and honeydew honey
- Polysaccharide fraction of Aloe vera and Mallow
- Hydroglyceric mixture
- Lemon juice
- Lavender essential oil
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Infants (0-1 year): use ½ microenema (5 g)
- Children (1-3 years): 1 complete microenema
- Children (3-12 years): 1 complete microenema
Apply the microenema by inserting the cannula into the rectum after lubricating it with a few drops of the product. Squeeze the container completely and hold it down while removing it to prevent suction of the remaining contents. Single-use product.
WARNINGS
- Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
- Consult your doctor if constipation persists for more than a few days.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Rectal use. Do not reuse.
Promelaxin (active complex of honey and polysaccharides from Aloe and Mallow, with a monosaccharide content of ≥ 50% and polysaccharides of ≥ 0.3%), hydroglycerol mixture, lemon juice, lavender essential oil.
