Shipping and delivery - Quick and easy!

We know you want your products NOW, so we process orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery time will depend on the destination and the shipping method you choose. Here's how!

Shipping costs:

Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal

• Less than 10 kilos :
  • Nacex Shop : Only €1.95 or FREE if your order exceeds €25 .
  • Inpost Points: €3.95 or FREE if your purchase is over €70 .
  • Collection at Post Office: €4.27 or FREE if your purchase is over €70 .
  • Home delivery : €3.95 or FREE if your purchase is over €70 .
• More than 10 kilos :
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, but if your order exceeds €70 , we'll deduct €3.95 from the final price. A little something extra for you!
• Is your order being returned without you claiming it on time?
  No problem, we'll refund your purchase minus €6 for handling and shipping.

Express Home Delivery 24 - 48 hours:

Delivery will be made through Nacex, whose delivery times are one or two working days from when the order was made, i.e. 24 - 48 hours.

For orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM, we will do our best to ship them the same day and deliver them to their destination the next business day. This is the fastest delivery we can offer. It is valid for orders within mainland Spain and Portugal.

It's important to note that certain items (not physically in stock at our warehouse) may experience delivery delays, as we need to order them from the manufacturers to include them in your shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided before you place your order.

EU countries (except Portugal)

• The price will depend on the destination and weight of the package. Don't worry, we'll tell you everything before you pay.

Countries outside the EU

• The same applies as in the EU, but with one extra: we use the CIF incoterm. This means your order is insured, but if customs in your country raises any objections, you'll be responsible for any associated costs. We'll notify you before you finalize your payment!

Please note: We do not ship to Ceuta , Melilla , or the Canary Islands . Sorry!

Orders outside the EU

We operate under the CIF incoterms, which means the shipment is insured. However, if there are any issues with customs in your country, it's your responsibility to resolve them and cover the costs. Don't let it catch you off guard!

For claims regarding loss, incorrect delivery, or damage during transport, you have 7 calendar days from the delivery confirmation. After this period, we will not be able to process the claim with the shipping company.
