Nutergia Ergy 3 in 180-softgel format is a food supplement formulated with certified-quality wild fish oils (mainly anchovies and sardines), combined with natural vitamin E to protect the omega-3s from oxidation. Each package provides a rich supply of EPA and DHA in natural proportions (approximately 18% EPA and 12% DHA), which contributes to normal heart function, vision, and brain function when consumed at least 250 mg of EPA + DHA daily.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

• Wild fish oil (anchovies and sardines), antibiotic-free, with a very low oxidation rate.
• Naturally sourced vitamin E that preserves omega-3 fatty acids.
• Pearls: fish gelatin and glycerol.
• Per 4 pearls (high dose): 2,000 mg of fish oil, 480 mg of omega-3 (EPA 360 mg, DHA 240 mg), and 10 mg of vitamin E (≈83% NRV).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Take 2 to 4 pearls a day, preferably during meals to promote absorption.
• Recommended duration of use: between 1 and 3 months depending on nutritional needs or professional advice.
