DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 lozenge 1 to 3 times a day, half an hour to one hour after main meals. It is recommended to chew or dissolve the lozenge in the mouth for better absorption.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age without medical supervision.
