A. Vogel's Kelpamare is a versatile liquid seasoning that enhances the flavor of your dishes thanks to its balanced blend of soy sauce, kelp extract, and a combination of selected vegetables. Its natural umami content makes it perfect for enriching soups, salads, rice dishes, sauces, or any culinary preparation that requires a touch of deep flavor without resorting to synthetic additives.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt).
- Hydrolyzed proteins (corn and soy) as a natural flavor enhancer.
- Extract of kelp seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus).
- Vegetable extracts (carrot, parsnip, leek, onion) along with natural toasted onion and spice aroma.
- Free of added sugars, monosodium glutamate (MSG), artificial preservatives, colorings, fats, lactose, egg, peanuts, GMOs, or animal derivatives.
RECOMMENDED USES
- Add a pinch to enhance soups, broths, stews, rice dishes and sauces.
- Ideal for dressing salads or as a finishing touch to legume, vegetable, and pasta dishes.
- Use as a vegan substitute for fish sauce or concentrated broth to enhance flavor without extra salt.
