PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Cooltears Hydro+ is a lubricating ophthalmic solution designed to provide long-lasting relief from the symptoms of dry eye. Formulated with 0.4% cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, it offers high viscoelasticity, ensuring optimal hydration and a longer duration of application on the ocular surface. It is suitable for people who experience discomfort such as burning, stinging, foreign body sensation, eye fatigue, or excessive tearing. It is also compatible with contact lens wear and contains no preservatives or phosphates, minimizing the risk of irritation.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

• Crosslinked sodium hyaluronate 0.4%
• Disodium tetraborate decahydrate
• Boric acid
• Sodium chloride
• Water for injections

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Wash your hands before using the product.
• Tilt your head back and apply 1 or 2 drops to each eye.
• It can be used one or more times a day, as needed or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
• Avoid direct contact of the tip of the container with the eye or any surface to prevent contamination.
• After use, close the bottle tightly and store below 25°C. Do not freeze.
• Once opened, use the product within 3 months.

WARNINGS

• Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its components.
• Do not use after the expiration date shown on the package.
• Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.
• Keep the product out of reach of children.
• Do not ingest.
