PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Melatonin: 1.9 mg
- Phosphatidylcholine: 9.6 mg
- Ingredients: Rice flour, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Olive oil
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 capsule daily one to two hours before going to sleep.
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
