PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Lactose (milk)
- Modified starch
- Anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate
- Melatonin (1.95 mg per tablet)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 tablet before bedtime. If you experience jet lag, take 1 tablet at night, on the day of travel, and the 4 tablets afterward.
WARNINGS
Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in combination with sleeping pills or other sedatives. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
