INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Begin by filing your nails to shape them. Use nail clippers and scissors as needed. Gently push back your cuticles with the appropriate tool. Apply the Strengthener & Glow treatment to clean, dry nails and allow to dry completely. Finish with the moisturizing serum, massaging into nails and cuticles once or twice a day for complete care.

Yes — first use the tools to file, shape and trim, then apply the serum or hardener to condition the nail; after that you can apply your usual polish.
