INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• For heating: remove the seed bag and heat in the microwave for the recommended time (e.g., 1–2 minutes depending on power), checking the temperature before use.
• For cold: place the sack in a plastic bag or suitable container and then in the freezer for at least 1–2 hours, before reinserting it into the plush toy.
• Use on the desired area (e.g. abdomen, back, chest or for hugging) with supervision in children, ensuring that the temperature is safe.
• After use, return the bag to the inside of the plush toy and store it in a dry, clean place.

WARNINGS

• Do not overheat the bag in the microwave to avoid the risk of burns or damage to the material.
• Always check the temperature before applying to the skin, especially on babies, young children, or people with sensitive or altered skin.
• Do not use on open wounds, severely irritated skin, or areas with sensitive skin without first consulting a healthcare professional.
