VitalNatal Woman is a multivitamin and mineral supplement specially formulated to support women during the peri-gestational period—from preconception through breastfeeding—providing comprehensive nutritional support tailored to their needs and the optimal development of their baby.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Each two vegetable capsules contain:
- Choline (330 mg, VitaShure) – essential for the baby’s brain development and placental function.
- Elemental iron (20 mg, ferrous bisglycinate, Ferrochel) – with high absorption and low risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Vitamin D₃ (25 µg) and Vitamin K₂ (45 µg, VitaMK7) – support maternal and infant bone health and proper cardiovascular function.
- Zinc (6 mg) – key to cell growth, DNA repair and defense maintenance.
- Active folic acid (400 µg, Quatrefolic 5‑MTHF) – supports the development of the nervous system and the formation of blood cells.
- B vitamins: thiamine (5 mg), niacin (9 mg), pantothenic acid (83 mg), vitamin C (75 mg): support energy metabolism, reduce fatigue and contribute to cognitive well-being.
- Vitamin B₆ (1.9 mg as pyridoxal‑5‑P) – supports the development of the central nervous system and may help with morning sickness.
- Iodine (127 µg) and selenium (60 µg) – essential for thyroid function, the immune system and antioxidant protection.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Take 2 capsules daily during a meal to improve absorption.
- It can be started three months before trying to get pregnant and continued throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- In case of difficulty swallowing, they can be opened and mixed with food or liquids.
