Magnesium Duo is a dietary supplement that combines two magnesium salts (carbonate and glycerophosphate) with a comprehensive supply of vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, E) and selenium. Formulated to optimize energy, muscle function, and support the nervous and immune systems. Presented in a pack of 160 tablets (80 plus 80 free), it is a practical and effective solution for those looking to continuously replenish magnesium.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

  • 225 mg of magnesium daily (in 3 tablets): combined as carbonate and glycerophosphate for good tolerance.
  • 37.5 µg of selenium: supports natural defenses.
  • B Vitamins: B1 (1.05 mg), B2 (1.2 mg), B3 (13.5 mg), B5 (4.5 mg), B6 (1.5 mg), B8 (112.5 µg), B9 (150 µg), B12 (0.75 µg) – essential for energy, nervous system and psychological function.
  • Vitamin E (7.5 mg): cellular antioxidant.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet after breakfast and 2 after dinner, accompanied by water.
  • Do not exceed 3 tablets daily.
  • It is recommended for a continuous period to maintain stable magnesium levels.

WARNINGS

  • It does not replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
