PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Soria Natural's 100% Pure Melatonin is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing 1 mg of pure melatonin per tablet, in a 90-count package (CN 210958). It is specially formulated for:
- Reduce the time needed to fall asleep and improve its quality.
- Relieve the subjective sensation of jet lag by regulating the circadian rhythm.
- Act as an antioxidant and reinforce the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
- Melatonin: 1 mg per tablet.
- Excipients: xylitol (sweetener), croscarmellose sodium (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agents).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Take 1 tablet a day, about 30 minutes before bedtime, preferably always at the same time.
- For jet lag: Start taking it on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arrival.
WARNINGS
- It should not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose of 1 tablet per day.
- It can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a serious illness, or are taking concomitant medication.
