NaturBite's A-Z Multivitamins and Minerals is a dietary supplement that combines 31 vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to address potential dietary deficiencies. It is formulated to support energy-yielding metabolism, strengthen the immune system, promote bone, muscle, and cardiovascular health, and contribute to overall well-being. Each tablet contains multiple micronutrients in balanced proportions to support normal mental and physical exertion. It does not require additional calcium or magnesium supplementation due to its already balanced formulation.

Each tablet provides approximately (values per unit):
- Vitamin A: 800 µg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin D3: 5 µg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin E: 10 mg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin C: 60 mg (75% NRV)
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 1.4 mg (127% NRV)
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 1.6 mg (114% NRV)
- Vitamin B3 (niacin): 18 mg (113% NRV)
- Vitamin B6: 2 mg (143% NRV)
- Folic acid: 200 µg (100% NRV)
- Vitamin B12: 1 µg (40% NRV)
- Biotin: 25 µg (50% NRV)
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 6 mg (100% NRV)
- Calcium: 40 mg (5% NRV)
- Iron: 14 mg (100% NRV)
- Zinc: 2.5 mg (25% NRV)
- Manganese: 0.5 mg (25% NRV)
- Iodine (potassium iodide): 150 µg (100% NRV)
- Copper: 0.025 mg (~100% NRV)
- Magnesium: 5 mg (1% NRV)
- Selenium (sodium selenate): 0.03 mg
- Other components: soy lecithin, choline, rutin, PABA, grape skin extract, alpha lipoic acid, methionine, inositol, trimethylglycine, lysine, glutamic acid, among other excipients.
**Note:** NRV = Nutrient Reference Values for adults. This product contains soy as an excipient (soy lecithin).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take **1 tablet daily**, preferably with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by a healthcare professional.
