Ingredients
(per capsules): Freeze-dried extract of valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L.) (root) (300 mg) ; stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, coating agent: neutral methacrylate copolymer, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Usage tips
It is recommended to take ADE; 1 capsule every 12 hours, with a large glass of water. To sleep, take 2 capsules one hour before bedtime.
