PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Orliman Thermomed Unilateral Shoulder Support is an orthosis designed to provide therapeutic heat (thermocompression) and moderate support, promoting comfort in shoulders affected by injury, inflammation, or mild instability. It is made of medium-thickness neoprene that maintains local temperature, helping to relieve stiffness, reduce pain, and facilitate movement, especially in the postoperative period, after sprains, subluxations, or in cases of osteoarthritis and tendonitis.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

• Main material: neoprene about 3 mm. — provides thermal insulation and elasticity.
• Velcro fastening and adjustable straps to customize front and back tension.
• Axillary protector for greater comfort, prevents chafing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Place the support over the affected shoulder with the appropriate sleeve, adjusting the axillary strap and the straps so that it is firm but does not impede blood flow.
• Use during periods when pain relief, therapeutic heat, or support is needed. Not intended for prolonged rigid immobilization.
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid prolonged washing and vigorous mechanical drying to preserve the neoprene. (This instruction is standard for neoprene products.)

WARNINGS

• Do not use on open wounds without adequate protection.
• If hypersensitivity to neoprene or other support materials exists, discontinue use.
• In case of severe pain, marked inflammation, fever, or serious illness, consult a healthcare professional.
• It should not replace established medical treatments without supervision.
• Choose the correct size to avoid a fit that is too loose or too tight, which can reduce effectiveness or cause discomfort.
• Store in a dry place, avoid extreme heat and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the material.
