Contains 34% valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root), 33% lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, leaf), 33% passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, aerial part) and lemon aroma.
HOW TO USE
Pour boiling water over a bag and let it infuse for 5-8 minutes. It is recommended to consume a sachet before going to sleep.
WARNINGS
Avoid consumption in children under 12 years of age. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Consult a doctor if you are taking sedative medications or if symptoms persist.
