Plesinox 3 A is a supplement that combines Polypodium leucotomos (a tropical plant with antioxidant and immunostimulant properties) with vitamins A and C, and selenium. Its synergistic approach helps strengthen the immune system, protect cells from oxidative damage, and maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.

• Polypodium leucotomos extract : 240 mg per capsule (480 mg per day)
• Vitamin C : 40 mg per capsule (80 mg daily; 100% NRV)
• Vitamin A : 400 µg per capsule (800 µg daily; 100% NRV)
• Selenium : 27.5 µg per capsule (55 µg daily; 100% NRV)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 2 capsules a day: one in the morning (at breakfast) and one at night (at dinner), accompanied by water or juice.
