INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Use as a dressing on salads, cold dishes or marinades.
• For supplementation or diets: dilute 1 tablespoon in a glass of water (warm or cold) and take before meals on an empty stomach and before dinner.
• It can also be used externally: oral hygiene, relief of minor burns, bruises or rheumatic processes.
