Its reparative efficacy is based on its ability to modify the injury environment:

• Toxin "Vacuum" Effect: Thanks to Trolamine, it increases local blood flow and osmotic pressure, helping to clear the area of dead cells and exudate to accelerate healing.
• Occlusive Hydration: Keeps the wound moist yet breathable, preventing the formation of hard scabs and reducing the risk of visible scarring.
• Thermal Relief: When applied in a thick layer, it provides an immediate cooling sensation that soothes the stinging of first and second-degree burns.
