PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ifigen Melatonin Plus is a supplement designed to improve sleep quality and promote physical and mental relaxation. Its formula combines melatonin, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, with ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera), a plant known for its adaptogenic properties that promote relaxation and well-being. In addition, it contains magnesium and B vitamins and vitamin C, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Each capsule contains: - Melatonin: 1 mg - Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) dry extract titrated at 2.5% withanolides and 2% alkaloids: 180 mg - Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide): 56.2 mg - Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid): 12 mg - Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 0.21 mg - Vitamin B3 (niacin, nicotinamide): 2.4 mg - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): 0.21 mg - Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): 0.37 µg Other ingredients: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take one capsule a day, preferably just before going to sleep, to obtain the beneficial effect of melatonin in reducing the time needed to fall asleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, unless specifically indicated by a healthcare professional.
