PRODUCT COMPOSITION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Apply to the upper or lower eyelid, drawing a line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
- For a more blurred effect, use a brush or sponge to soften the line.
- Can be used alone or as a base for eyeshadows.
- Remove with a makeup remover suitable for sensitive eyes.
