- Wheat germ (40 mg)
- Beer yeast
- Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids
- Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

HOW TO USE
Take 1-2 capsules, half an hour before each meal, with 1 or 2 glasses of water.
