PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fucus 75g from Soria Natural is a dehydrated seaweed, presented in a bag for preparing infusions or decoctions. It contains a valuable combination of iodine, essential minerals, and mucilaginous polysaccharides that contribute to metabolism, satiety, and digestive balance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- For infusion: add one teaspoon of seaweed per cup, pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and strain.
- For decoction: boil the seaweed in water for 2-5 min, then let it stand and strain in a similar proportion.
WARNINGS
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical supervision.
- Caution in cases of thyroid disease, heart disease, nervousness or insomnia.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of iodine (≤ 400 µg/day).
- It does not replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Fucus vesiculosus seaweed (thallus), rich in mucilaginous polysaccharides such as algin, fucoidan and laminaran (18‑30%), mineral salts (13‑23%) with high content of iodine, vitamins B1, C, E, beta‑carotene, fucoxanthin, mannitol, sterols (fucosterol) and polyphenols, plant seaweed.
